Srdjan Janicijevic is a serial entrepreneur, educator and founder of Mokrogorska School of Management, one of Southeast Europe’s most respected platforms for leadership development.
With decades of experience in business, entrepreneurship, and advisory work, Srdjan has consistently promoted a more human and locally grounded approach to business education.
Before launching his entrepreneurial journey, he held senior leadership roles at Philip Morris International and The Coca-Cola Company, and served as CEO of Politika NM.
In 2009, he founded Mokrogorska School of Management, a transformative learning environment where business education is built around real human needs.
Through Mokrogoria, his latest initiative, Srdjan is scaling this vision globally, building a network of human-centered business schools rooted in local communities, but united by shared values and transformative impact.
